As a health writer there has never been one particular topic that I felt hadn’t already been covered in great depth somewhere else; indeed, the market these days seems to be inundated with healthy recipe and lifestyle books.

That said, the teacher in me is never happier than when imparting useful information to an appreciative audience. I thought to myself ‘what better way to satisfy those clients than with a Blog? Perhaps I could help others along the way too?’ So this is how I’ve found myself here.

I write about health and fitness, but also how the conditioning of our bodies and minds has an impact on our lives in general.
