Hello and welcome to my Blog! If you’ve found yourself on this site, chances are that you already know about me and my work. If not, here’s a bit more information:

I’ve been involved in health and wellness for pretty much my entire life. As a sickly child I battled with many health conditions. Frustratingly, conventional medicine was unable to provide me with a satisfactory solution to my problems. Non-specific diagnoses left me with a selection of medications to manage my health, and a sinking feeling in my heart. However, not one to be defeated, I decided to do a spot of research of my own. Over the years I discovered that many of my conditions could be supported and even reversed via lifestyle change. After experiencing the almost-miraculous benefits offered by diet, I decided to study Nutrition. I soon added Pilates training to my qualifications. It continues to be a great joy and privilege to witness the benefits that my Practice work and my teaching has on the lives of so many of my clients.

Over the years I’ve had the repeated request from clients to ‘write a book’.  However as a health writer of many years there has never been one particular topic that I felt hadn’t already been covered in great depth elsewhere. Indeed, the market these days seems to be inundated with healthy recipe and lifestyle books. That said, the teacher in me is never happier than when imparting useful information to an appreciative audience. I thought to myself ‘what better way to satisfy those clients than with a Blog?’  Perhaps I could help others along the way too? So this is how I’ve found myself here. I’m hoping that my entries are of use or interest to some, hopefully boring to none!
